Modern crop protection demands more than capacity alone. Farmers require precision, efficiency and flexibility to maximise productivity while protecting both crops and the environment. The active ContourControl system continuously adjusts the boom position using pre-pressurised hydraulic cylinders and rapidly responding hydraulic valves. This enables the boom to follow uneven terrain with exceptional accuracy, maintaining a consistent height across the entire working width. Even on highly undulating ground, the system actively compensates for movement and terrain variations, ensuring accurate product placement where it matters most.

By maintaining a precise boom height, ContourControl helps reduce spray drift, improve lateral distribution and maximise application quality. Farmers can work at higher operating speeds without compromising performance, increasing daily productivity while supporting more sustainable and environmentally responsible crop protection practices.

Flex Folding II further enhances efficiency by enabling rapid folding procedures and easy adjustment to reduce working widths. Integrated break-back protection provides additional security in demanding conditions, while the system is future-ready for evolving technologies such as band and spot application.

Another significant enhancement is the optional hydraulic pump drive. Fully integrated into the load-sensing hydraulic system, the hydraulic drive allows the spray pump to operate independently of tractor engine speed. This protects the pump from excessive operating speeds while providing consistent performance under varying field conditions.
