Greenhouse Tunnels at Affordable Prices from Kalliergo
At Kalliergo, we believe in bringing all our clients durable and functional tunnels that also look good. Our tunnels are cost-effective structures that you can add to your garden or farm.
Traditional Greenhouses are spaced in 3 m segments, but we wanted to build a stronger product that minimises the movement of plastic and shade netting, ultimately reducing the wind drag area.
Our frames have a smaller distance between them to give maximum resistance and durability. All our tunnels are supported with steel angles and steel bolts.
The 200-micron, double layer polyethylene, multi-solar plastic is not only UV treated, but it also is antibacterial, infra-red thermal treated and light-diffusing. It is extra supple and workable. The tunnels have a top layer of a 40% agricultural shade net that offers crop protection and temperature control. This ensures that your crop is protected against:
- Excessive solar radiation,
- Environmental hazards such as hail and heavy rain, as well as
- Flying pests such as birds, bats and large insects.
Our frames are built using specialised HDPE UV-resistant pipes. This is what makes it extremely rigid, impact resilient and weather-resistant. The hollow profile of our HDPE plastic pipe with its ventilation properties makes it ideal to combat high temperatures.
We ensure the netting and full plastic tunnels are dropped into the ground in order to decreases the risk of pests sneaking into the structure. This also makes the tunnels look more attractive.
Industrial zips on our product allow the tunnel to be opened and closed with ease.
When choosing the tunnel that is right for you, choose between two different widths of 4.2 m or 7 m. Should you require a different size, we can build it to your requirements.
There are also three different coverage options to choose from. Browse our price list on our website or at Agri4all.com.
