Goscor is your one-stop dealer when it comes to quality equipment and machinery. Their impressive and extensive product series has been assembled to make the life easier for the farmer. Goscor imports and sells a wide variety of goods – from cleaning equipment to the giant SANY 20 ton hole digger.
Every implement in their product range has been selected carefully in countries and from manufacturers who are known for their expertise.
Goscor recently became part of the BUD Group and has independent companies in their stable, such as Goscor Lift Truck Company, Goscor Bobcat, Goscor Earthmoving Equipment, Goscor Access Solutions, Goscor Cleaning Equipment, Goscor Power Products and Goscor Compressed Air. All these companies import equipment and distribute it in South Africa and other African countries such as Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. Goscor is presently engaged in a bold move into Africa and recently hoisted their company flags in Namibia, Zambia and Ghana.
Goscor products also find their way to the NAMPO Show every year, where farmers have a choice of trademarks to their heart’s content. “We regard our presence at NAMPO as beyond price. We become anxious every year to make our move to NAMPO to exhibit our impressive product range for the farmers to see,” says Elizme Hanekom, Goscor’s events manager.

A modern cleaner is a happy cleaner
Goscor Cleaning Equipment imports every imaginable cleaning equipment from Italy and America – from basic vacuum mops to huge vacuum trucks which can suck sewerage systems and even dredge dams. Their latest i-team system from the Netherlands is specifically aimed at piggeries, dairy and poultry farms, and it will not be easy to improve on their performance.
Gregory Venter, managing director, highlighted the special characteristics of the i-mop. “The i-mop system consists of a rotating scrubbing mop and a mobile island which contains all the equipment a cleaner may use. This includes exchangeable water- and chemical tanks, extra scrubbers and brushes of varying hardness. The island and its scrubbing mop is battery-driven obviating tangled electric cable leads. Only four litres of water is used to clean 400 m², which also means less chemicals. With the biggest model – the i-mop XXL – one can make 2 200 m² spotless in only one hour.
i-team chemicals, used in conjunction with the i-mop, is also something dreamlike. It is the belief that cleaning should be done in four dimensions – floors, walls, ceiling and the air. The chemicals also kill bacteria immediately and leaves a layer on the floor that will kill superbugs continuously. “We also have a chemical product for window-washing. When the sun shines on the windows again, it activates a reversal osmosis process which removes the carbon dioxide from the building and replaces it with oxygen,” says Gregory.
