SBS® is a leading provider of innovative food, water and energy security solutions.

“The SBS® Group consists of three divisions, namely SBS® Tanks, focusing on water storage solutions. SBS Agri, the grain handling and storage company and recently launched SBS® Energy, a solar division,” Gregg McDonagh, Business Developer at SBS®, explains.

“SBS® was established 23 years ago, and today we are proud to say that we have grown into market leaders in bulk water storage in the country, and with our offering from both agricultural and energy divisions we have closed the circle in terms of our offering to the agricultural market. We have a global footprint and are able to provide solutions that have been engineered, designed, and developed to harness and secure resources anywhere in the world,” Gregg adds.

“We have offices in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg and sales and installation teams across South Africa as well as offices and teams in East and West Africa and the USA. We are a very relationship-based company and make a point of spending time with our farmers on their farms to get a better understanding of what exactly they need. Thereafter we roll out a full solution to our customers. We do not run away after that. It is important for us to stay involved in the growth of our projects and going forward, we remain very close friends with them. More than likely there are additional projects to follow the first one, since all our offerings are tied together.

SBS® Agri designs and supplies a comprehensive range of grain handling, conditioning and storage solutions.

“Since we started with water storage, we have gained a large footprint in the country with our water storage tanks.”

“SBS® offers a wide range of solutions to meet the diverse and exacting needs of the agricultural sectors. We focus on working to develop comprehensive solutions that address the need for water conservation and off-grid water storage, effective grain handling, processing, and storage as well as off-grid energy security.”
